This Privacy Policy explains how SpaceMitra (“we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and protects the personal information you share when you visit spacemitra.in or contact us through our enquiry form, WhatsApp or email. We are an interior design studio based in New Delhi, serving clients across Delhi NCR. We take your privacy seriously and only collect what we need to respond to you.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry through our website, or contact us via WhatsApp or email, you may choose to share:
- Your name
- Your phone number (if you provide one for a call back)
- Details about your project — your city or locality, home type, scope of work, an indicative budget, and any message you write
- Your email address, if you choose to contact us or send an enquiry by email
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for sensitive financial information such as card or bank details through this website. Providing your information is voluntary — but without it we may be unable to respond to your enquiry.
How we use your information
We use the information you share only to:
- Respond to your enquiry and discuss your project
- Prepare estimates, proposals or design suggestions for you
- Communicate with you about our services by WhatsApp, phone or email
- Maintain our own records of enquiries and clients
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing.
How your enquiry reaches us
When you use our website enquiry form, your message is delivered to us either through WhatsApp (opened in your own WhatsApp app) or by email to our studio inbox. If email delivery is handled by our website server, it is sent through a secure email service purely to reach our inbox — it is not used for any other purpose.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Our website itself does not use tracking cookies to identify you. However, we may use third-party services that set cookies or collect usage data to help us understand traffic and measure our advertising, including:
- Google (Google Ads and, if enabled, Google Analytics) — to measure the performance of our ads and understand how visitors find and use our site. Google may set cookies and process data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
- Vercel — our website hosting provider, which may collect basic, anonymised request logs to serve and secure the site.
You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalised Google advertising via your Google Ad Settings.
How we store and protect your information
We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship and a reasonable period afterwards for our records. We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you have the right to ask us to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete your information from our records
- Withdraw your consent to us contacting you
